Wireless Microphones and RF Technology Workshop by Suman Thakur

We had an impactful workshop this week on Wireless Microphones and RF Technology conducted by the Sennheiser team. Mr. Suman Thakur, a pioneer in RF Technology, led the whole session exclusively for SIA students on the 1st and 2nd August 2022. On day 1, Suman sir covered various topics like Analogue Transmission, Intermodulation, etc. He also shared his vast industry experience in the form of stories to get practical solutions to problems that can be faced while working in a live venue.
On day 2 of the workshop on Wireless Microphones and RF Technology conducted by the Sennheiser team, Suman sir explained aspects like Digital transmission, difference between Analogue and digital, frequency coordination. These aspects were made clear to students in theory as well as practical. Students also got to learn the practical application of these by demonstration a mini live show. Three lucky and interactive students got special goodies from Sennheiser. We thank Suman Thakur sir for enlighting our students about RF Technology, and special thanks to Sennheiser and Vinod Kamble for conducting this interactive workshop.
